答：可以从事经商、旅游观光、探亲访友、交流访问、过境等活动。但不得从事与免签事由不符的活动，如工作、学习等。

A:They may engage in activities such as business, tourism, family visits, cultural exchanges, or transit. However, activities inconsistent with the purpose of visa-free entry (e.g., work or study) are prohibited.

问：未成年人适用免签政策来华是否有特殊要求？

答：未成年人与成年人适用免签政策来华条件相同。
